Never played? Here's the whole game.
Ultimate is fast, simple, and self-refereed. If you can run and want to learn to throw, you can play tonight.
Score in the end zone
Catch the disc in the opposing end zone to score a point. Like football, with a frisbee.
No running with it
Once you catch the disc, you stop and pivot. Move it by throwing to teammates.
Turnovers
Drop it, throw it out, or get it blocked — the other team takes over right there.
Spirit of the Game
No refs. Players call their own fouls with honesty and respect. It's the heart of ultimate.
The best way to learn is to show up.
Come to Tuesday pickup — discs and friendly coaching provided.
